Progress Update 4

Development has begun to slow down, we are at a creative stand still, however this hasn't stopped us on getting on with some other tasks that are vital towards the production. We have began to look for some actors that could be cast for roles in our short film. So far, we have been in contact with 4 potential actors, 2 of these are fellow students in my college that are drama students and have told us that they would be more than happy to help.

The third, is a friend of Morgan-Glover Evans and Jake Foulkes. Morgan got in touch with him and this was his reply:

 

The final person we got in touch with was an old friend of mine who happens to be a very successful rising actor, preforming multiple shows at the Curve Theatre each year.

 

Our main issue so far is that all of these people are lads the same age as us, we are yet to recruit an older actor that is preferably female to act as a mother to the young lad. Also, locations still seem to be a obstacle that we aren't able to overcome.

 

My next thing to do, is to email professionals that are already in the business to ask for some guidance and inspiration. As I am going to heavily influence the magazine review ancillary task, I will get in touch with some big names such as empire.
