Progress Update 8
We're starting to move more deeply into the planning and production stages now, and I'm currently happy with the rate at which the narrative for our main product has unfolded itself. There are still a few tasks we need to complete, but when they are we'll be well on track on the production side of things.
Here are a few drafts of the storyboard, drawn on school whiteboards to express some creativity:
Working with a first draft on a whiteboard was a really great move. It allowed me to quickly adjust images where needed, and forced me to move away from obsessing over detail and rather focus on creating a meaningful visual guide (as a storyboard should be). From this, I plan to build a better draft of the storyboard, with some of these aforementioned details included, a shot list, and complete a script that's almost at it's conclusion:
